Citric Acid  Andhydrous Food Grade

Sold by Vinkem and BB Oenologie from two sources , European and Chinese with European being the higher quality of the two. Citric Acid is found in grapes naturally but in lower concentrations usually 0.1 – 0.5gms / Litre. Citric Acid can be used to adjust pH but not so common. It can also be used to balance the fruit on the palate.
