Cream of Tartar

Also known as Potasssium Bitartrate used primarily to precipitate tartrate and anions prior to bottling. It can also be used to deacidfy wines. This product is sourced from Spain & Italy.

Usage rate is 4 g/l which will acheive cold stability in 1 hour when rapidly mixed between temperatures of 0°C & -2°C.
