TANIN OENOLOGIQUE

PRESERVES WINES AND IMPROVES CLARIFICATION.

1 - CHARACTERISTICS:

OENOLOGICAL TANIN is used in white wines to help precipitate gelatine and to avoid overfining.

2 - DIRECTION FOR USE:

OENOLOGICAL TANIN is used between:

100 and 250 mg/litre

Ä Dissolve the necessary quantity of TANIN in warm water using 1 litre for 250 g.

Pour slowly the prepared solution while mixing energetically in order to obtain a good mixing in the wine.
