TANIN PLUS

SPECIFIC PREPARATION OF OAK TANINS TO INCREASE THE STRUCTURE AND THE ORGANOLEPTIC COMPLEXITY OF THE WINES.

  1. CHARACTERISTICS:

    TANIN PLUS has been specially prepared to enhance the flavours and the taste of wines thanks to its high organoleptic qualities.

    TANIN PLUS brings the regular characteristics of the oenological tannins : clarification, ageing & stability.

     

  2. DIRECTION FOR USE:

Up to 300 mg per litre for red wines.

Up to 200 mg per litre for white wines.

Dissolve TANIN PLUS in 10 times its weight in warm water (35°C) then add to the wines during pumping over, in order to obtain a good homogenisation.

After the addition of TANIN PLUS we recommend to wait 6 weeks before proceeding to the bottling operation. Proceed with normal rackings, a fining can be useful.
