CLARIFICATION OF MUST AND YOUNG WINE

 

 

GECOLL is a gelatine soluble in cold water, composed with proteins with the right surface charge density to react with must or wine colloids.

 

 

 

DIRECTION FOR USE :

 

Its specificity makes the GECOLL the perfect fining agent for treatment :

 

- Of white must prior to the fermentation or when using flottation equipment.

            - Of young red wine.

            - Of juices before concentration.

 

 

DOSING :

 

            in must : 8 to 10 g / Hl.

 

            in wine : 8 to 10 g / Hl.

 

Depending on the quality of the must and wine to treat.
