A mixture of inert yeast, yeast supports, and yeast cell walls. It adds yeast survival factors (polyunsaturated fatty acids, sterols, etc.) to the must.
It is used preventively, when the yeast is added or during alcoholic fermentation.
It is used curatively, for stuck fermentations, 48 hours before adding yeast or fermentation starter.
 

Dosage :
- 50 à 60 g/hL used on its own
- 30 à 40 g/hL used in association with GRANUCEL
