Isolated by Brian Croser from the Bordeaux region. Useful for producing very fruity white wines. Killer active, will ferment vigorously between 10 to 30°C to 16 percent (v:v) alcohol. Refrigeration is required. Tendency for hydrogen sulphide accumulation at high fermentation rates and with inadequate nutrition.
