ACTIFLORE RB2
ACTIFLORE RB2 has been selected for its high ability to extract the colouring material preserving the organoleptic properties of the typicity of the « Appelation » wines.
ACTIFLORE RB2 secures a quick starting and complete properly the end of the fermentation.
1 - ORIGIN :
ACTIFLORE RB2 has been isolated and selected by ITV France - SICAREX Beaujolais.
2 - CHARACTERISTICS :
Killer strain.
Good implantation into must.
Quick starting and completed end of fermentation.
Low production of SO2 and H2S.
Low production of volatile acidity.
High alcoholic fermentation potential : up to 14,8 % vol.
High extraction of colouring material.
3 - DIRECTIONS FOR USE :
A - Dosage :
10 to 20 g per 100 kg of grapes
B - Application :
Mix 1 kg of ACTIFLORE RB2 and 1 kg of sugar in 10 litres of water at 40°C.
Leave for 20 min, then stir slowly. The leaven is ready for use. The addition is carried out by introducing the preparation directly into the fermenting tank and by homogenising.
After rehydration, avoid a temperature difference of more than 5/7°C between the starter and the must that is to be inoculated.
