Vinkem combines its strong technical background with a rigorous Quality Assurance program to ensure its customers get the best cork service available. All corks are assessed for taint in accordance with Australian Standard AS1199, and containers of cork which fail the strict statistical limits of acceptability in respect of taint test or physical imperfections are returned directly to the supplier. This approach has been instrumental in sending a clear message of the importance we place on Quality Assurance to both our suppliers and our customers.
Additionally, we provide a cork printing service free to our regular clients - many of whom regard this as a particularly useful marketing tool, especially when their email details are promoted to a satisfied consumer.
