Freeze dried mixed malolactic starter of three proven strains. Lalvin 3X has the advantage of reducing potential problems resulting from phage infection. It is moderate to quick fermenter with neutral sensory effect. Fermentation temperature range from 15° to 28°C, pH tolerance down to 3.1 and alcohol tolerant up to 14%(v.v).
