Protea French oak chips can be supplied in three Toast levels
The Protea oak chips are from the species of Quercus Pedonculata and Quercus sessiliflora from the forests of France. Protea French oak chips air for a minimum of 18 months. They are slowly oak fire toasted in order to toast the chip all the way through.
