1 - CHARACTERISTICS :

 

POLYTARTRYL is a product with a high esterification grade, thus having a high prevention potential against development of tartrate cristals in wines.

 

Elaborated under vacuum, following our own patented process, the product obtained is white, i.e impurity free. The strict quality control made under the supervision of our oenologists ensures a constant quality to the product.

 

 

2 - DIRECTION FOR USE :

 

Dissolve POLYTARTRYL in 4 to 5 times its weight in water at ambiant temperature.

 

10 g of POLYTARTRYL / 100 liters  to be added before bottling

 

 

3 - PACKAGING

 

Cartons of 60 x 250g - Cartons of 30 x 500g - Cartons of 15 x 1kg

 

4 - NOTES :

 

The higher is the grade, the better is the protection.

 

With high grade Metatartric acid (40 - 42), it is recommended to add it to the wine 24 to 48 hours before the last filtration.
