Filtered solution of purified Gum Arabic
STABIVIN SP acts as a colloidal protector into the wine.
ENOLOGICAL USE
In white wines and rose wines: STABIVIN SP avoids any copper casse.
In red wines: STABIVIN SP avoids any sediments coming from coloring solids or sediments coming from a light iron casse.
STABIVIN SP softens astringent tannins and harsh acidity, bringing more softness and roundness to the wine.
DOSAGE
10 to 30 cl/hi in wine 100 to 300 ppm in wine
CONDITION OF USE
ST ABIVI N SP can be add to the wine after filtration, prior to bottling.
